RESERVATION POLICIES:

Contact your therapist to schedule an appointment that meets your needs. Services are offered in-home, in-clinic or by telehealth (audio-video communication like Skype or FaceTime).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a courtesy, please notify Families Matter Counseling at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.  Except in emergency circumstances, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for a no show or late cancellation.
